Lot 359 Description

A George V silver and enamel cigarette case, hallmarked Birmingham 1927, maker's mark of William Hutton & Sons Ltd.
The rounded rectangular hinged cover decorated with twin portrait roundels of Zinovieff and Harry of Monmouth, the interior inscribed "Harry of Monmouth, Winner of The Duke of York Gold Cup. Zinovieff, Winner of The Duchess of York Gold Cup. Port Louis, Mauritius 1st June 1927. Trainer J. Merven. Jockey Allan Lewis." 12 cms wide.
